These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Behavent platform and related services ("Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Behavent. Users under 16 may be subject to additional restrictions and parental consent requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Behavent only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services

Behavent provides security awareness and risk assessment tools. You must use them ethically and in accordance with our guidelines. Misuse may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Services Description

Behavent offers security awareness training, risk assessments, exposure checks, learning modules, and related tools. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on Behavent are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Services, you grant us a limited licence to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that our risk scores, assessments, or recommendations will prevent security incidents. Behavent is a training and awareness platform—you remain responsible for your own security practices and decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may close your account.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for other operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. We will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
